Silent Caddies came today…..they are great! Will carry your business cards with me whenever I play.

After a severe auto accident that broke my neck, my wife and I moved from Georgia to a gated community in New Jersey. Before the accident I played a lot of golf so I wanted to be able to move somewhere where I might be able to play a little again. Here in the community we have two nine-hole executive courses. One is only allowed to carry a maximum of four clubs…on of which must be a putter.

I began to look in the stores for a golf caddy of your kind and could NOT find one anywhere. After many searches I found your website. Maybe some type of line like: “The Golf Caddy for play with limited clubs”….or something of that nature would be helpful in a search. There are many gated communities for retirees that only have “executive” courses with limited club use.

My name is S. A., and I ordered the product from you. I received the silent caddy today just as the USPS estimated. I found the silentcaddy website through Google, by doing simple web search for “metal frame golf club carrier“. In the results of that search your website came up as the seventh result.

I think you have a really nice and unique product here. When looking for similar metal frame golf club carriers there is only one other that can be purchased through numerous golf websites. However, it is for ten clubs, costs around forty dollars, looks to be a somewhat bulkier, and is not as slim and convenient looking as your carrier. Nice job putting metal clips on the silent caddy, the other one I mentioned has plastic ones and friends have told me they eventually break.

I told a friend about silent caddy, and told him I ordered one. He checked it out but found it suspicious that your website did not have your company contact information there on the webpage. He didn’t like he had to submit information rather than it simply being there on your website. He was not sure if the whole thing was a scam or not. I am not sure if more people would think the same thing, but thought I would tell you about it.

I think that you should add a customer review section to your website. I, as well as some other people I talked to like to see reviews from regular people when it comes to buying things online. I believe it would go a long way to increasing your sales and I would be happy to write a positive review of your great product. I hope you have great success because silent caddy looks like a winner. Next time I pass by the local pro-shop I’ll be sure to leave some of the business cards that came with the package
